The PMT Tourismus GmbH concentrates on the operation of city hotels with 100 rooms and more in the German speaking and CEE countries.

The company also operates larger resort hotels and has extensive know how in this area. The company prefers to work with management contracts but is also open to enter into lease agreements depending on the size and location of the specific hotel. Depending on the needs of the specific property the hotel most probably will be operated with a franchise license of one of the large hotel brands.
