The PMT Tourismus GmbH concentrates on the operation of city hotels with 100 rooms and more in the German speaking and CEE countries. The company also operates larger resort hotels and has extensive know how in this area. The company prefers to work with management contracts but is also open to enter into lease agreements depending on the size and location of the specific hotel. Depending on the needs of the specific property the hotel most probably will be operated with a franchise license of one of the large hotel brands.

The PMT Tourismus GmbH wants to liaise closely with the developer and the owner to develop the best possible hotel product for the specific destination and market. This shall result in an excellent ROI for the owner and good profit margins for the operator. The company does not wish to create an own brand or push own standards but focuses on operational quality, guest and employee satisfaction to achieve economical success.

In addition PMT acts also as the hotel owners representative and supervises, controlls and comments the perfomance of any third party hotel operator. As the owners assetmanager for the hotel property PMT will support the operator to enhance revenues and profits.

The PMT Tourismus GmbH opened on the 15th of June 2011 the Ramada Hotel & Suites Vienna and will open the Ramada Encore Hotel Vienna City Center on the 2nd of July 2012 and operate them subsequently.

The PMT Tourismus GmbH wants to operate 10 hotels until the year 2014.
